At Strikely Golf, we want to get your training tools to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping rates, delivery times, and international orders.
1. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country is not listed above, please contact us for a quote.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where available.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this to track your parcel directly through the carrier's website.
5. International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:
- Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Please check your country's customs regulations before placing an order if you are unsure about potential charges.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will usually leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
- If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed collection, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
