3. Orders & Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order.
- An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order.
- Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
- All card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- UK mainland: Free standard delivery.
- Outside UK mainland: £15.
- Europe: £25.
- USA: £30.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page. We will provide return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
6. Warranty
All Strikely Golf products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
